⚡ Start-time guarantee

Every service lists its own start window (usually 0–30 minutes). If an order does not start within the listed window, open a support ticket — we prioritise it and, where the supplier has failed, refund the full amount to your wallet.

♻️ Refill guarantee

Services marked with a refill badge (e.g. 30-day refill) are covered: if the count drops inside the guarantee window, we refill the dropped quantity free of charge. Raise a ticket with your Order ID and we process the refill with the supplier automatically.

🔒 Safe-order guarantee

We only ever ask for a public link — never a password, OTP or account access. Payments stay inside your wallet, and every order gets a unique, copyable Order ID so you can track or dispute it at any time.
