What we collect
Account name, email, phone (for order updates), wallet and order history, and the public links you submit. Payment card data never touches our servers — gateways (Razorpay/Paytm/Mobikwik) handle it end-to-end.
How we use it
To deliver orders, run support, prevent fraud and send transactional emails/Telegram alerts you opt into. We never sell personal data. Supplier panels receive only the public link and quantity required to fulfil an order.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your personal data via a support ticket; wallet and order records required for tax law are retained for the statutory period. Passwords are stored hashed; sessions are cookie-only.
