💸 Refund Policy

When refunds are issued

Full wallet refund if: an order never starts; the supplier cancels it; or we cannot deliver within 72 hours of the listed start window. Partial refund if part of a quantity was delivered — the undelivered portion is refunded pro-rata to your wallet.

When refunds are not issued

Link changed mid-delivery, private/removed content, link requiring login, or violations of the service rules (e.g. commenting services with abusive text). Wallet top-ups that were already spent on delivered orders are non-refundable to bank/UPI; unused wallet balance can be reversed to the original payment method on request within 7 days.

How to claim

Open a support ticket (Support → New ticket) with your Order ID. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet instantly and shown in wallet history.
